2. Use of the Bot

• You must follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• Only users with proper server permissions (Administrator or Manage Server) may set up, configure, or manage the bot in their Discord servers.
• You may not use Twiqet for illegal activities, spam, harassment, unauthorized data collection, or any activity that violates Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for maintaining the security of your server.
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the bot or website.

3. Service Availability

• Twiqet is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Service.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.
• Features may be added, removed, or changed at any time without prior notice.
• We are not responsible for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions that may occur.

4. Premium Services

• Premium features are available through Discord's subscription system. By purchasing premium, you agree to Discord's payment terms and conditions.
• Premium subscriptions are billed automatically and will renew unless cancelled through Discord's subscription management.
• Refunds are subject to Discord's refund policy. We do not provide direct refunds.
• Premium features are tied to specific Discord servers and cannot be transferred between servers.

5. User Data and Privacy

• We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
• By using the Service, you grant us permission to store and process your data as necessary to provide the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Twiqet and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or data issues arising from use of the bot or website, including but not limited to ticket data loss, configuration errors, or unauthorized access.
• You use Twiqet at your own risk. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

7. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Twiqet at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or Discord's rules.
• You may stop using the Service at any time by removing the bot from your Discord server.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

8. Age Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Twiqet, or meet the minimum age requirement in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Users must comply with Discord's age requirements and terms of service.
• If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the Service.

9. Intellectual Property

• The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Twiqet and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written permission.
